Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Tutor
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and inspiring Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes from Level 3 to Level 7. This role involves guiding and supporting learners throughout their journey—helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours essential for effective leadership. You will work with professionals at various stages of their careers, from aspiring team leaders to senior managers, to help them achieve success.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Coaching
*
Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions that meet the requirements of Leadership and Management apprenticeship standards (Levels 3–7).
*
Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring, supporting learners to apply theory to real-world leadership challenges.
*
Help apprentices demonstrate the key knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to successfully complete their programme.
Assessment
*
Conduct formative and summative assessments, including portfolio reviews, observations, and professional discussions, in line with apprenticeship standards.
*
Prepare learners for their End-Point Assessment (EPA), ensuring they are confident and ready for successful completion.
*
Provide clear, constructive feedback to support ongoing learner progress and development.
Curriculum and Programme Delivery
*
Plan and deliver structured, engaging programmes of learning that align with the relevant apprenticeship standards.
*
Develop and adapt resources to meet diverse learner needs and reflect sector-specific contexts.
*
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality across all leadership and management programmes.
Employer Engagement
*
Build strong relationships with employers to ensure programme delivery aligns with organisational goals and leadership development priorities.
*
Maintain regular communication with employers to review learner progress and address any areas for improvement.
Compliance and Record Keeping
*
Maintain accurate learner records, assessment outcomes, and evidence in line with ESFA funding and audit requirements.
*
Ensure delivery meets internal quality assurance standards, awarding body requirements, and relevant policies.
*
Uphold safeguarding, Prevent, and other regulatory responsibilities to ensure learner safety and welfare.
Essential Requirements
*
Proven experience in delivering or assessing Leadership and Management training at Levels 3–7.
*
Strong understanding of leadership principles, team management, and organisational strategy.
*
Recognised teaching and/or assessing qualification (e.g., A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, or equivalent).
*
Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage professionals at all levels.
*
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
*
Strong organisational and time management abilities
