Salesforce Consultant CRM Rollout & Custom Development

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to support the rollout of Salesforce as our new CRM platform. The role will focus on ensuring a smooth go-live, delivering training and user support for all stakeholders, and contributing to the custom development of advanced functionality to meet business needs.
In addition, the consultant will support the onboarding and integration of a new telephone system, including functionality for card payment processing, ensuring seamless connectivity and user experience across platforms.
This is a hands-on position that combines technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery to ensure Salesforce is successfully embedded across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead go-live readiness activities, including data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
Provide hands-on support during the go-live phase to ensure smooth user adoption and system stability.
Design and configure custom objects and relationships, including:
Linking Opportunities to multiple users (e.g. opportunity collaboration/sharing model).
