Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights)
An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team at a busy production site in Mansfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable role with a competitive salary and a balanced shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery
* Diagnose and fault-find on both electrical and mechanical systems
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise equipment efficiency
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
* Work collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime
Requirements:
* Multi-skilled background with both electrical and mechanical competencies
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
* Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off rotating days xsngvjr and nights shift pattern
