The Role
As a Private Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, comprehensive dental care across all aspects of general dentistry. You will have the clinical freedom to develop your skills and build long‑term relationships with patients in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a full range of general dental treatments
* Deliver patient‑centred care with a strong focus on quality and ethics
* Maintain accurate clinical records in line with regulatory standards
* Work collaboratively with the wider dental team
* Uphold excellent standards of cross‑infection control and compliance
Requirements
* GDC registered Dentist
* Strong clinical skills across general dentistry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to ongoing professional development
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desirable (Not Essential)
A special interest in areas such as:
* Cosmetic dentistry
* Invisalign / orthodontics
* Implants
* Endodontics
Dentists with additional skills or special interests will be supported in developing and growing these within the practice.
