Job Description
* Develop and implement strategic plans for education and public engagement initiatives.
* Oversee the design and delivery of programmes aimed at community outreach and educational development.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives with organisational goals.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement and education strategies.
* Lead a team to ensure seamless execution of public engagement projects.
* Manage departmental budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
* Maintain compliance with organisational policies and public sector regulations.
* Prepare and present reports on departmental performance and project outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
* A strong background in public sector management or related fields.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing educational or engagement programmes.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* A degree in a relevant field, such as public administration or education.
