Develop and implement a bid strategy aligned with client requirements and business objectives. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (estimators, planners, design managers, commercial, operations) Ensure all submissions are compliant, innovative, and tailored to client drivers. Manage bid programmes, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality submissions. Prepare and present bid progress updates to senior stakeholders. Write, edit, and review bid content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency of messaging. Facilitate lessons learned sessions to continuously improve the bid process. Build strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
