Role Description
We are actively seeking an experienced Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive (PQE 3years+) to join our busy, well established and highly regarded residential conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic department with genuine scope for progression.
Responsibilities
You will manage your own varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters to include:-
* Manage a caseload of 25 – 30 new files per month
* Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* New build properties
* Transfers of equity
* Providing clear, practical advice and support to clients throughout the transaction
* Supervise secretarial and support staff
* Maintain and develop client and professional relationships
* Ensure compliance with billing, time recording and firm procedures
* Contribute to team growth and overall departmental development
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have significant experience in the field of Residential Conveyancing with ambition and passion to drive the department. Ability and willingness to assist with market the Residential Conveyancing department along with strong IT, inter-personal skills and a positive attitude are vital.
