Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct home visits with pre-arranged participants.
2. Collect biomedical data, including physical measurements (height, weight, blood pressure).
3. Perform venous blood sampling according to clinical standards.
4. Represent the service with professionalism, care, and empathy.
5. Ensure accurate data collection and participant confidentiality.

Requirements:
6. Recent experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
7. Proven venepuncture skills (within the last 12 months).
8. Current Hepatitis B immunity evidence.
9. Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
10. Stable home broadband connection.
11. Minimum 12 hours availability per week (flexible schedule including evenings/weekends).
12. Confident working alone in the community.
13. Right to work in the UK.
14. Strong verbal and written English.
Pay & Benefits
15. Average pay: £20.40/hour (during home visits).
16. Performance bonus: £250 after 12, 24, and 36 appointments (£750 total).
17. Mileage reimbursement: 36p per mile.
18. Holiday pay: 12.1%.
19. Training & support: Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing development.

All appointments are pre-arranged and take around 30 minutes each. We’re seeking friendly, approachable individuals who inspire trust and make people feel at ease.

To be considered for this role, you’ll also need:
20. Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
21. Venepuncture skills and evidence of taking venous blood samples in a previous role within the last 24 months
22. The ability to provide evidence of your current immunity levels to Hepatitis B
23. A full UK driving licence and access to a car
24. Stable home broadband
25. Availability for a minimum of 12 hours per week across weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends
26. Confidence working alone in the community
27. The right to work in the UK
28. A high standard of verbal and written English

This is a freelance role with flexible hours and performance-based pay.
