BGEN is one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the Water, Power & Energy, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear and Food and Beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

will you be doing?
We're passionate about building top-quality systems that meet ISO9001 and industry standards.
You'll work hand-in-hand with design and production to create strong, reliable processes for testing and development.
Keep a close eye on operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards.
Quality checks are carried out throughout the build, with extra care before final release.
We track and resolve issues through thoughtful analysis and corrective action.
Making sure documentation is kept clear and up to date.
And we're always improving—lean, Six Sigma, and 5S help us grow smarter, faster, and better every day.
What you'll bring:
* Communicates clearly and confidently with people at all levels
* Organised and able to juggle tasks, even under pressure
* Pays close attention to detail and speaks up when standards slip
* Holds NVQ Level 3 or higher—ideally in engineering or quality
* Experience in electrical design or manufacturing is a bonus
* Brings a positive, proactive attitude that helps teams do their best
