Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative based out of Harlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the growth of our business. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and building strong relationships to drive new business growth in the local area. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets is integral to the role.
Compensation & Earnings
Basic salary: £25,000–£30,000 depending on experience.
Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE): £37,000–£42,000+ in year one based on performance.
Uncapped commission structure — high performers significantly exceed OTE.
Qualifications
* Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
* Strong skills in Sales and Business Development
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and a passion for sales
* Previous experience in a similar role or the telecom/technology industry is a plus
