Account Management Executive – £45k + Commission (OTE £60-£70k). Working (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Management Executive to join the sales team for a global SaaS tech company and take full ownership of a portfolio of medium-sized customer accounts.
About the Role
You will manage a set of assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This includes identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving adoption of software solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor for all stakeholders within the customer organisation. Your success will directly impact the business, as we believe our growth is intrinsically tied to our customers’ success.

1. Take primary ownership for ensuring growth, satisfaction, and retention within your SMB portfolio.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to meet upgrade and cross-sell targets.
