What will your industry-leading package look like?

1. Basic Salary of £35,000 per year

What you will be responsible for

Who you will be reporting to

You will be reporting to and working with the Head of Learning and Development, Michele King.

Your day to day duties

Your role is essential to our growth, providing support for the business through delivery of development and training. You will have an integral role, ensuring the company breeds competence of correct process and procedure. Below is an overview of your day-to-day duties:

11. Work within either the self-employed or employed division
12. Liaise with the relevant management to carry out and fully understand the Development Needs Analysis of each team
13. Responsible for the design, development and delivery of training programmes within Just Mortgages
14. Facilitate and improve colleague performance in both sales and customer experience
15. Develop training programmes demonstrating a true blended learning approach
16. Evaluate their progress and react to any shortfalls in performance
17. Design, develop and deliver Training Programmes to meet with all aspects of procedural compliance and legislative requirements
18. Develop and maintain training manuals and documentation ensuring they reflect current company policy and legislative requirements
19. Keep up to date with best practice and recommend implementation within the company where appropriate
20. Participate in and co-ordinate special projects as requested.
21. Provide feedback on trainees’ abilities and their progress
22. Utilise our LMS to produce engaging and relevant training events'

Skills you will need

27. Evidence of possessing the ability to inspire, lead and influence
28. Well-developed analytical skills to conduct a thorough Training Needs Analysis with effective design and delivery of bespoke training solutions to improve sales performance and customer experience
29. Ability to implement actions and development plans required to improve performance
30. Proven use of evaluating results at all developmental stages
31. Communicating results to relevant stakeholders
32. Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and verbally
33. Ability to monitor, evaluate and some evidence of developing others
34. Ability to build relationships within a multi-department organisation to form extensive and effective networks


Knowledge/ Qualifications you will need

35. A minimum of 3 years in a similar role or within a financial services business.
36. An understanding of the latest methods of digital learning would be advantageous but not essential

37. Full CeMAP Qualification is essential
38. Must be prepared to travel
