– Oversee the RMA and Warranty Process, ensuring thorough and efficient handling of returned products.
– Write and update operating procedures, repair manuals, and troubleshooting guidelines.
Core Skills/Experience Include:-
– Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic and electrical faults.
– Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in electronic repairs.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage and guide a small team effectively.
– Experience in writing and updating technical documentation.
– Familiarity with routine maintenance and calibration of electronic equipment
