Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and overseeing online picking and delivery operations

* Managing performance, conduct, scheduling, and payroll
Our online teams work early mornings, typically from 04:00 to 08:00.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Previous line management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills and team coaching ability
* Proven performance against KPIs
* Experience managing disciplinary and performance issues
* Ability to lead operations independently
