* Job Title: CPN CHC Nurse Assessor Band 6
* Location: Barnsley
* Duration: 6 months ongoing
* Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
* Start Date: ASAP
* End Date: August 2025
* Rate of Pay: £270 to £300 per day (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of mental health patients. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments
* Create and implement personalised care plans
* Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
* Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid NMC registration and pin
* Experience working with mental health patients
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers flexible working hours, requiring availability from Monday to Friday with some flexibility where possible. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
