* Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost-saving and innovation
* Collaborate with internal teams regarding new menu launches.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchasing Manager should have:
* 3 + years of procurement experience within F&B hospitality.
* Strong communication skills.
* A passion for the food industry
* The ability to build long term relationships.
