Role: Bid Writer – Aerospace & Defence
Location: London or Salisbury - 3 days a week in the office.

With fresh investment and ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a talented Bid Writer to help us win major projects and shape the future of aerospace in the UK.
The role
As Bid Writer, you’ll produce compelling, high-quality proposals that win contracts and open new opportunities. You’ll work closely with technical experts, sales, and project teams to craft bids that stand out in a competitive market.
You’ll be responsible for
* Writing persuasive, customer-focused proposals
* Coordinating cross-functional input into bids
* Ensuring compliance and quality across submissions
* Developing win themes and bid strategies
* Maintaining bid libraries and best-practice documentation
About you
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Experience in technical documentation and bid/proposal writing
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Familiar with Shipley or similar bid frameworks
* Eligible for UK security clearance (5+ years’ UK residency)
