* Maintain a global log of ER cases and provide insights to PLT, Group Risk Committee and Audit Committee
* Use data to identify patterns, root causes and preventative actions
* Explore new capabilities within SuccessFactors to support case management

What you’ll bring

* Strong experience managing end‑to‑end ER cases, including complex and high‑risk matters.
* Proven ability to coach and advise managers, including senior leaders.
* Experience working across multiple countries, cultures and legal frameworks.
* Ability to build strong, credible relationships across HR and the wider business.
* High levels of autonomy, resilience and sound judgment in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills and emotional intelligence.
* Strong international employment law knowledge and ability to apply it practically.
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable.
* Additional languages are a bonus.

Why Join SThree?

What's in it for you?

* Hybrid working options for flexibility.
* Bonus linked to company and personal performance.
* 28 days holiday plus public holidays, with an annual leave purchase scheme.
* Private healthcare, discounted dental insurance, and health cashback scheme.
