Fella & Jones are partnered with this global luxury fashion brand in the search of a Collection Merchandiser/ Senior Collection Merchandiser working across their growing Shoes division.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Planning and implementing a successful product assortment that delivers on sales, productivity, and margin targets globally.
* Providing range plans that define the offer across all accessories and leather goods, ensuring the right pricing architecture, trends, and market analysis to influence key decisions while maximizing margins.
* Preparing design briefs highlighting seasonal range and product needs for design and product teams.
* Analyzing market needs, opportunities, and growth possibilities.
* Monitoring sales feedback across all sales channels to ensure corrective actions are taken based on past season's performance.
