Physics Teacher – High Wycombe

Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 (M1–UPS3)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in the High Wycombe area. This is a full-time permanent position to start in September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons at KS3 and GCSE, and Physics at A-Level.
* Plan, prepare, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to students of varying abilities.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide targeted support to ensure all students achieve their full potential.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and the ongoing development of the Science department.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
* Recognised teaching qualification with QTS.
* Proven experience teaching Physics at KS3, GCSE, and A-Level.
* Recent classroom experience in a secondary school setting.
