Salary: £20 – 22K p/a DOE (Potential OTE £50 – 55K in 1st year)
Our client in Romsey, is a leading supplier of office technology, supplies and furniture and we are recruiting for an experienced telemarketer to join their well-established sales team, delivering extremely high levels of customer service.
The successful candidate will need to have previous sales experience, with a good sense of humour, team player with a good work ethic.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Dialling up to 60 calls a day from a database – including cold calls
Adding to and updating Company database
Research and fact finding, various companies/contacts in the area
Booking of appointments for Sales Directors
Upselling of company products and terms
When required some face to face sales
Leaflet drops/sales canvassing locally
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Previous experience within a similar role essential
Must be highly motivated, with a driven personality
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
Full training given with professional sales trainer that comes in to help with further L+D
Opportunity to progress into field sales, includes sitting the appointments, earning a higher commission bracket
