Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex software and hardware projects from inception to completion
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including ASIC designers and hardware engineers
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
* Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide regular updates
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and uncertainties
* Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and technical briefings

Job Requirements
* Proven track record of leading technology projects in HW/SW design
* Experience in program management
* R&D background
* Background in satellite, aviation, or networking industry is advantageous
* BSc/MSc in engineering or MBA
