The Role:

Main Responsibilities:
* Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
* Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times
* Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
* Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit
* Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
* Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
* Leading and coaching a small team of associates
* Assisting the Front of House Manager with training, coaching, productivity and any relevant tasks
