The organisation is: Post-Series A, now entering a rapid build-out and operational maturity phase Scaling from ~60 headcount Establishing and strengthening core functions across finance, operations, and governance The Interim CFO will play a key role in providing financial stability, driving discipline, and preparing for a handover in late Q1.
