TheRole
AsBidManager,youllbethedrivingforcebehindourtenderingsuccess.Workingcloselywiththeestimating,planning,commercial,andtechnicalteams,youllmanagethefullbidlife-cyclefrominitialstrategydevelopmentthroughtofinalsubmissionandclientpresentation.
Keyresponsibilities:
* LeadbidmanagementprocessfromPQQtoITTandpost-tenderclarifications
* Developwinningstrategies,bidplansandcompellingcontentalignedwithclientneeds
* Coordinateinternalandexternalstakeholderstoensuretimely,high-qualitysubmissions
* Facilitateworkshopsandreviews,drivingsolutiondevelopmentandcontinuousimprovement
* Write,review,andpolishwrittenproposalswithconsistencyandimpact
* Maintainbidlibraryandensureknowledge-sharingacrossteams
* Engagewiththewiderbusinessonpipelineopportunitiesandmarketintelligence
