What You’ll Do
* Shape and execute a unified sales strategy aligned with group objectives
* Identify and capitalise on new market and revenue opportunities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and business development teams
* Optimise CRM systems and sales processes for maximum efficiency
* Build and nurture key client and partner relationships
* Collaborate closely with Marketing agency, Operations, and Finance to deliver cohesive, high-impact results
* Monitor performance, provide clear forecasts, and continually improve conversion and retention

You’re a sports loving visionary sales leader with a proven record of delivering revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. You combine commercial acumen with strong relationship-building skills and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Essential experience and qualities include:
* Significant experience in direct sales leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry.
* Experience working in an owner led business is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of driving sales performance and delivering against targets in multi-site environments.
* Hands-on leader with experience managing and engaging high-performing sales teams.
* Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to align different stakeholders across functions.
* Strategic thinker who can set the vision while remaining close to the detail.
* Experience implementing best practice and innovation in sales environments.
* Understanding of marketing to drive enquiries and support conversion.
* Excellent communication skills – confident in pitching, negotiating, and representing the business externally.
* Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented.
