MCS Group is looking for a Contract Assistant/ Support Officer to join our client's team in Belfast and help deliver major projects efficiently and effectively. What you'll do: Support the onboarding and management of contracts & frameworks. Coordinate contract documents, approvals, and supplier engagement. Track budgets, raise purchase orders, and process invoices. Ensure compliance through audits, reporting, and data management. Keep records, systems, and processes running smoothly. Provide general office management and support to the wider team. What we're looking for: Experience in contract administration, procurement processes, or financial systems. Strong document management and cost-tracking skills. Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel) and databases. A minimum of HNC (or equivalent) in Business, Construction, Engineering, or similar. A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail. Why join?
