JOB TITLE: Engagement Manager
SALARY: $140k - $180k DOE
LOCATION: New York - 4 days in the office

They are currently looking to bring in an Engagement Manager who has had a real focus and experience in brand strategy.
KEY DUTIES
Lead client engagements across brand strategy, insights, segmentation, innovation, growth strategies, and organizational change.
Manage relationships, ensuring collaboration, profitability, and delivering actionable recommendations while mentoring and developing teams.
Partner on business development, present findings, and support firm growth through marketing and internal initiatives.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
MBA or equivalent experience with strong consulting, branding, or marketing management track record and expertise.
Proven leader, problem solver, communicator; skilled in client relationships, business development, and project management.
