What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include: Assisting with the processing and submission of new mortgage applications Handling inbound and outbound calls with both new and existing clients Liaising professionally with lenders, solicitors, and internal mortgage advisers Booking appointments for advisers to review and arrange mortgage and protection products Supporting the mortgage journey to ensure applications progress through to offer stage Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards What is Needed to Be Considered for This Role: Previous experience in a mortgage administration or similar financial services role (preferred) Excellent telephone manner and confident in client communication Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work effectively within a team and to deadlines Comfortable working across a rotating shift pattern Whats in It for You?
