About the Role
As our Management Accountant, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, providing essential insights into site performance and costs. You’ll collaborate closely with the Site Finance Controller and Leadership team, driving improvements and supporting informed decision-making. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing key variances and trends
* Complete and review site KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights into operational performance
* Deliver accurate product costings and investigate cost drivers to manage production variances
* Partner with operational teams to provide financial guidance and identify improvement opportunities
* Support the budgeting and forecasting process, managing overhead cost centers
* Maintain accurate financial records, including fixed asset schedules and balance sheet reconciliations
* Contribute to cross-functional meetings, sharing insights and best practices
* Assist with year-end audit preparation and resolve finance-related queries

What We’re Looking For
If you can bring the following, we’d love to hear from you:
* Experience in a management accountant role, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing
* Part-qualified or actively studying towards CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
* Advanced Excel skills and confidence with large data sets; experience with accounting software is a plus
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders
