Role Overview

Responsibilities
* Engage with TradePoint members, listen to their needs and advise on the most suitable products and services.
* Sell the right products and services to trade customers.
* Ensure compliance with store policies, maintain a safe working environment and meet statutory obligations.
* Support and empower team members to deliver effective stock management routines.
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer‑service experience is desirable. A customer‑centric mindset, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for home improvement are essential.
