About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Logistics Handler to oversee the coordination and administration of taxi licensing and delivery schedules.
You'll be the central point of control, ensuring all documentation, compliance checks, and delivery arrangements are completed accurately and on time. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned.
You'll work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of processes and ensuring service excellence at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and organize taxi licensing applications, renewals, and compliance documentation.
* Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of vehicles and related materials.
* Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for licensing and logistics.
* Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
* Monitor deadlines and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
* Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations and GDPR.
* Handle queries and complaints promptly, escalating where necessary.
* Prepare and deliver operational reports, tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
* Support recruitment and onboarding of logistics team members when required.
