Job Description
Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to take your technical skills to the next level? We’re looking for a proactive and safety-focused Service Technician to join our dynamic team, supporting the operation and maintenance of wind turbines across all regions.
What you’ll do:
* Carry out service and maintenance on wind turbines (WTG) and associated equipment.
* Resolve technical issues within your area of expertise and provide guidance to less experienced technicians.
* Prioritise Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) in all aspects of your work.
* Deliver technical training and mentoring to new team members.
* Support special projects, major component replacements, and retrofits as needed.
* Accurately record your work, hours, and use of spare parts in our digital systems.
* Maintain and inspect your own safety equipment, ensuring it’s always ready for use.
* Participate in our Mentor/Buddy programme and contribute to the professional development of others.

Qualifications
* Qualified professional (e.g., mechanic, electrician, or similar) or B.Sc. in engineering.
* Relevant work experience, ideally in wind energy or power generation.
* Authorisation as a Competent Technician (CT) and Authorised Technician (AT) under SSoW, or willingness to achieve this.
* Fluent English language skills.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and IT skills.
* Commitment to ongoing learning and safety standards.
