Our client is a trusted logistics partner in the TV and Film industry, supporting major productions across the UK. They are currently seeking a Transport Admin Assistant to join their busy and fast-paced transport team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, great attention to detail, and an interest in the behind-the-scenes world of film and television production. You’ll be playing a key role in keeping driver records accurate and compliant, helping ensure operations run smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input data accurately into transport and compliance systems (e.g., driver details, vehicle records).
• Scan, copy, and file essential documents including licences, CPC cards, maintenance reports, and timesheets.
• Keep both paper and digital filing systems organised and up to date.
• Help prepare and issue driver job sheets and route plans.
• Contact drivers to collect missing documents or confirm basic information.
• Support the wider transport team with general administrative duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous administrative or clerical experience (experience in transport/logistics is a bonus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Clear communicator with a proactive and organised approach.
• Reliable and able to manage routine processes to meet deadlines.
Desirable (but not essential):
• Basic understanding of HGV transport or driver compliance (training will be provided).
