About the Role:
As a Reactive Lead Technician/Cleaning Supervisor, you'll respond to urgent and planned jobs, lead on-site teams, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Flexibility is key, with regular out-of-hours and weekend cover required.
Key Responsibilities:
Rapid response to reactive and emergency jobs, including evenings and weekends
Lead and support technicians and agency staff on-site
Deliver cleaning, waste, and site services in line with safety and quality standards
Log all job details and updates accurately using company tablets
Conduct vehicle safety checks and ensure vans are clean and stocked
Assist with training, operational support, and service improvements
Uphold Health & Safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times
