Serving a private residential block of thirty flats in quiet Chislehurst, we are seeking a Residents Manager to provide a high standard of service to this 55's and over development. The private apartments are not an assisted care home or residential nursing home, direct medical attention or domestic duties are not provided for residents.
Key responsibilities include operating the reception/office desk, reporting to the block management company, monitoring of site security and building strong working relationships with residents, guests & external contractors. Organise and undertake the cleaning of the common areas including communal kitchen and facilities. The role also includes organising and introducing regular activities/events scheduled for the use of residents, to be hosted within the communal lounge.
On site accommodation (1 bedroom garden flat) is provided for the sole use of the resident manager, including utilities and parking space. Out of hours work is required, the resident manager will be onsite (live in) during night time hours and may need to answer emergency calls from residents, by way of emergency pendant system.
