We are recruiting for a Principal Construction Engineer to join our Reading Home Office team, providing support for the successful delivery of projects.
The position will be based in our Reading office with Hybrid working considered.

The Role
This role is suitable for an experienced Principal Construction Engineer who is familiar with developing construction execution methodologies and has a structured approach to work packaging.
This role may also be suitable for a Senior Construction Engineer who is seeking to develop their career and take on more responsibility.
Willingness to undertake business trips and assignments away from the home office is a necessary part of construction execution and the role requires candidates to be supportive of this.
The ideal candidate will be part of the Construction Engineering Team and will report directly into the Construction Engineering Manager.

Expected:
18. Engineering degree
19. Home office experience in FEED / EPC on new energy / downstream oil and gas projects, UK and / or overseas
Desirable:
20. Site experience
21. Qualification in HSE. NEBOSH
22. Hands on experience of Advanced Work Packaging. WorkPacks, O3
23. Hands on experience of Completion Management Systems. CoConsole, GoCompletions
24. Hands on experience of planning construction logistics and execution including heavy lift, plot layout and access, temporary facilities and site workforce and plant movement
25. Ability to lead construction constructability and HAZCON construction risk assessment
