OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Dual Services Manager, you’ll oversee cleaning, security and pest control at the Dolphin Centre. You’ll ensure high standards and collaborate with stakeholders to solve challenges effectively. It is essential that you have a cleaning management background.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead cleaning and security teams
* Manage budget and track expenditure
* Control rosters to meet SLA’s
* Oversee timesheets input for accurate payroll
* Recruit, develop and train staff
* Attend monthly review meetings
* Conduct regular cleaning audits
* Support ESG initiatives
* Conduct investigations and disciplinaries
* Flexible for out-of-hours needs and Saturday duty
* Manage chemical use per COSHH regulations
* Conduct and record monthly Toolbox Talks
* Record sickness and conduct Return to Work interviews
* Complete absent management process
* Ensure adherence to H&S policies
PERSON SPECIFICATION - ESSENTIAL
* Strong communication and engagement skills
* Leadership abilities
* Task prioritisation skills
* Excellent report writing
* IOSH Managing Safely
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cleaning manager
* Excellent Excel & PowerPoint
* Experience of conducting investigations & disciplinaries
DESIRABLE
* SIA licence
* Degree in relevant field
* First Aid qualification
* Membership of a professional body
* BICS qualification
