Join a leading logistics and supply chain company on a part-time basis as a Safety Coach! This is a permanent staff role, based out of their Peterhead base. The Safety Coach position is hands-on, involving direct engagement with Operational Teams to drive meaningful improvements.
This role is focused on promoting a positive health and safety culture on-site, enhancing HSE awareness and behaviour during operations, and ensuring continuous compliance with legal, company, and client-specific requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching site employees on Safe Systems of Work, covering key areas such as risk assessments, toolbox talks, lift plans, permit to work, working at height plans, and manual handling arrangements.
Requirements:
* Previous relevant experience in a similar role and/or significant recent operational experience within warehousing businesses.
* Ability to evidence strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively at all levels.
* A commitment to health and safety.
* Proven ability to coach people within the workplace.
