Our Resilient Adult Services team is looking for a Female Support Worker to join our Waking Night team in Southbourne on a part-time basis. Due to the needs of the people we support, this role is open to female applicants only. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in health and social care, ideally with experience supporting people with autism or complex needs. Each person we help has their own unique way of communicating, whether this be PECs boards, sign-a-long or through repeating specific phrases.
