In this role, you'll partner with the Home Manager to design and implement a wide range of engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents. What We Offer £15.00 per hour Contracted to 40 hours per week Pension Onsite Parking Paid PVG Uniform Provided 5.6 Weeks Annual Leave (Based on a full-time contract) Your Key Responsibilities Activity Planning & Execution: Design and lead monthly and individual activity programs that cater to a variety of interests, helping residents maintain their hobbies and discover new ones. Promote Social Interaction: Facilitate social opportunities that encourage residents to connect and enjoy their time in the care home. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all activities to ensure that every event is documented and meets the needs of our residents.
