A highly reputable Chartered Surveyors in the North West is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join their successful sales team.
Opportunities are predominantly highly targeted based on extensive bespoke data analysis and the ability to interpret data is therefore essential.
The role is focused on quality of calls rather than making large call volumes and would be suitable for someone with the ability to have a conversation with potential clients rather than delivering a script.
If you are results driven, self-motivated, and have experience in a telephone-based sales environment, this opportunity is not to be missed! It would be useful but not essential to have previously worked within the Property Sector.
They are looking for an exceptional communicator, someone who finds it easy to build rapport with individuals and develop relationships. You should be confident liaising over the phone, whilst maintaining superior levels of customer service always, and as this position is not scripted you must be able to tailor each conversation to suit a diversity of client.
Working closely with the organisations directors you will be responsible for ensuring a continued flow of new business opportunities with your role including initial fact finding, follow up calls with directors, arranging new business meetings, and if the opportunity arises, to close deals over the phone, with each call looking to progress the relationship.
With a focus on delivering new business and a strong commercial focus you will use your superior skills in negotiation and rapport building to help secure new opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of possibilities.
Basic salary is up to £30k DOE plus uncapped commission.
