We are looking for an enthusiastic GP Vet to work in our single vet, consult-only clinic, with the opportunity for a fixed shift at one of our other branches. We have a lovely, welcoming team across 8 sites in Bristol and Cheltenham, run by experienced Clinical Directors and Senior Vets, many of whom have been with the practice for over a decade.
What's on offer for you?
You will receive support from experienced colleagues with Certificates in Surgery, Cardiology, Feline Medicine, and Small Animal Medicine. We also have certificates 'In-Progress' and expertise in areas such as Behaviour, Herbal Medicine, and Acupuncture. Your working week will be over four days, and you will join the shared weekend rota. There are no night duties or bank holiday work, as our Redland Hospital hosts the Vets Now Bristol Clinic.

Our Clifton clinic is a single vet, consult-only site, but the role may involve fixed shifts at our busy hospital site, with support from our experienced team. There is potential to take on site management if interested.

The site will soon undergo refurbishment to maintain our high standards of care for our dedicated clients. You will be supported by experienced receptionists and a registered vet nurse. We are ideally seeking a full-time candidate willing to join the weekend rota, but part-time applicants will also be considered.
About You
Applicants should have more than 1 year of post-graduation experience and be comfortable performing GP work, including consultations. Confidence in sole-charge work is essential, as you will be the only vet in our Clifton branch. The ideal candidate will be organized and a good communicator with clients and colleagues.
