Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: EURO AUTOSPARES LIMITED As a Stores and Yard Operative you will be supporting the organisation of stock and basic inventory control, inspecting stock and taking photographs and videos and providing them to the Sales Department. This role will provide skills relating to health and safety while being trained on how to safely operate a forklift truck.
Responsibilities
* Inspecting and identifying engines and gearboxes and recording serial numbers.
* Photographing and video recording stock items for sales purposes.
* Photographing and video recording stock items for sales purposes.
* Safe handling and movement of vehicle parts within a yard environment.
* Forklift truck operation (following appropriate training).
* Supporting dismantling operations in line with health and safety procedures.
* Understanding safe working practices within a warehouse and yard setting.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Ability to follow instructions and carry out practical tasks under supervision.
* Basic ability to identify and record serial numbers accurately.
* Basic IT skills to take photographs and send images/videos electronically.
* Good attention to detail when handling stock and recording information.
* Ability to work safely in a yard and warehouse environment.
* Willingness to undertake forklift training and follow safe operating procedures.
* Ability to carry out manual handling duties.
* Ability to work as part of a team, supporting yard and dismantling operations.
* Good timekeeping skills.

The Employer is: EURO AUTOSPARES LIMITED JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
