As a Community Hub Customer Service Apprentice, youâll:\nWelcome customers visiting the hub. Respond to a wide range of enquiries, including email and social media. Support people seeking help with health, well-being, employability, finance, housing, carers support, and local activities. \nContribute to our digital marketing presence.\nAssist with monitoring and tracking the impact of community services.\nMake a meaningful difference to individuals, families and the wider community. This is an exciting time to join our team as we shape the future of our customer experience. Over this 12âmonth Modern Apprenticeship, you will:\nWork across more than one Community Hub, Train face to face with experienced staff, Develop top level communication and customer service skills, Build knowledge of local services such as education, health, charitable organisations, HSCP and council services.\n\nComplete a SCQF Level 6 in Customer Service.\n\nIf you enjoy working with people, love problem solving, and want a fast paced role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit. You donât need to have any previous experience although you should have English and at least three other qualifications (Band A-C) at National 5 level or above. We look for Apprentices who can help us deliver our exciting ambition and plans for North Lanarkshire. During the selection process weâll look for you to demonstrate the key strengths we know youâll need to be successful; ambition, determination, adaptability, personality, ownership, be pro-active and show willingness to learn.\n\nWeâre looking for young people who are:\nGreat communicators, Confident with IT, Ready to take ownership and make good decisions, Enthusiastic, adaptable and eager to learn.\n\nIn accordance with Government Guidelines, youâll need to be aged 16-24 (at the point of starting the apprenticeship) or if you are disabled or care experienced, youâll need to be aged between 16-29 (at the point of starting the apprenticeship).\n\nYou will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
