Vic's & The Vine are on the lookout for a Junior Sous to join the team. Vics & The Vine is a vibrant day to night bar & restaurant serving delicious seasonal flavours, perfectly crafted cocktails and unforgettable nights.

You will work alongside senior chefs and manage your own section during busy service, and help more junior members of the team.
