About the Role
Key Accountants provide accounting and taxation support to clients all over the UK and we are looking at recruiting for a newly created Administrator role to join our friendly team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to all departments to ensure that the team a deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to client queries and requests promptly
* Ensuring database details are up to date and accurately recorded
* Setting up new clients on internal systems and making sure that all tasks are created
* Sending out reminders, packs and chasing approvals
* Debt control
* Communicating effectively with clients and staff
* Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements
* Proven administration experience, ideally in an accountancy environment although full training will be provided
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident handling information and multi-tasking
* Strong IT skills and ability to follow established processes accurately
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and clients
* GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
* NVQ or qualification in Business Administration is an advantage
