- £40,000 Training Progression Company Benefits Freshwater, Isle of Wight Are you a Quality Team Leader, Supervisor or similar from an engineering background looking to join a global company who supply into multiple industries across the globe, offering a highly autonomous and responsible role with direct progression into a Quality Manager position? In this role, you will be running the QMS within the business, in a role that balances both office-based work with hands-on-related problem solving.
Once up to speed, you will be directly managing a team of 6 having a heavy influence on the future success of this long-standing business.
