Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6-Month Contract through Randstad)

Location: Slough

Salary: Up to £150 per day



The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for both internal and external candidates at Mars. Acting as a key link between Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR teams, and candidates, this role ensures seamless coordination throughout the recruitment process.


From interview scheduling to contract generation and pre-boarding, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the smooth execution of core recruitment processes and helps uphold Mars’ reputation as an employer of choice. This role works across all Mars segments and functions across the UK and Ireland, collaborating closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure an efficient, inclusive, and high-quality hiring journey.


What are we looking for?

* Experience in an HR or recruitment administration role (or similar), ideally within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Experience using online systems and recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS platforms) and confidence working with digital tools.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
* A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.


What will you be responsible for?

* Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, and ensuring candidates and stakeholders have clear information.
* Support the end-to-end hiring process, including contract and offer letter preparation.
* Act as a first point of contact for recruitment queries, providing support to candidates, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition Partners.
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation across systems such as Workday, DocuSign, and internal trackers while ensuring data confidentiality.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team and wider Mars to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency.
* Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including reporting, and supporting cross-team initiatives.
