Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Solutions is a customer-facing solution leader who supports enterprise procurement transformation initiatives by helping organizations design and implement orchestrated, automated procurement workflows.
This role is ideal for someone with strong procurement fundamentals and growing experience in digital procurement solutions who wants to deepen their expertise in process orchestration, automation, and AI-enabled procurement. You will work closely with Directors and Sales leaders on complex enterprise opportunities, while taking ownership of solution design, discovery, and value articulation across defined workstreams.
You will gain exposure to executive stakeholders, complex enterprise environments, and cutting-edge procurement technology, with a clear path to expanded leadership and responsibility over time.
What You’ll Do:
Solution Design & Customer Engagement
* Support enterprise sales cycles by contributing to discovery, solution design, and customer workshops.
* Partner with Directors and Sales teams to understand customer procurement processes, challenges, and transformation goals.
* Design target-state procurement workflows aligned to ORO’s orchestration and automation capabilities.
Procurement & Process Expertise
* Map current-state procurement processes across areas such as intake, sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, P2P, and TPRM/SCRM.
* Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate procurement workflows using ORO.
* Apply hands-on knowledge of procurement operations, sourcing, and category management to solution design.
Digital & Technology Enablement
* Support evaluations of customer source-to-pay technology landscapes, including ERP, P2P, CLM, sourcing, and supplier tools.
* Help position ORO within broader procurement architectures that include best-of-breed solutions and S2P suites.
* Develop working knowledge of AI-enabled procurement concepts, including LLMs, agents, and intelligent automation.
Value & Execution Support
* Contribute to the development of business cases that articulate efficiency gains, cycle time reduction, and user experience improvements.
* Support & deliver proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, demos, and solution validations.
* Partner with implementation and customer teams to ensure solution designs translate effectively into deployment plans.
Capability Development
* Contribute to solution frameworks, templates, and playbooks used across ORO’s go-to-market and delivery teams.
* Continuously build expertise in procurement orchestration, agents, automation, and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Background
* 6+ years of experience in procurement, procurement consulting, enterprise solutions, or SaaS implementation roles.
* Hands-on experience in two or more procurement disciplines, such as:
* Process / product owner or procurement operations leadership
* Sourcing and category management
* Contracting or supplier onboarding
* P2P or procurement systems implementation
* Third party and supply chain risk management
* Exposure to procurement transformation initiatives or digital procurement programs is strongly preferred.
Technology & Digital Mindset
* Familiarity with modern procurement technology suites (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Oracle, Workday, Icertis, or similar), and best of breed SaaS platforms (e.g., Archlet, Fairmarkit, Globality, Ivoflow, Keelvar, Nnamu, Pactum, Sievo, or similar).
* Interest in and aptitude for digital procurement, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
* Ability to learn and articulate how different procurement systems and tools fit together.
